Recipients text a keyword (e.g., “YES” or “JOIN”) to a designated number to opt in. An automated confirmation message is sent immediately with opt-out instructions.
📜 TCPA & Carrier Compliance
All consent collection methods comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA messaging guidelines. Key commitments:
- Prior Express Written Consent is obtained before any marketing or promotional messages are sent.
